The spokesperson shall be appointed by the association's Secretary-General or Vice President, subject to review and approval by the association's council. In special circumstances, such as major industry policy adjustments or important announcements by the association, the association's President, Vice President, or Secretary-General may serve as the designated or interim news spokesperson.
2. The news spokesperson is responsible for organizing research and formulating the news release work plan, organizing and implementing industry news release activities, and taking responsibility for important press releases. The spokesperson is also responsible for comprehensively, accurately, proactively, and promptly interpreting and explaining new policies and measures introduced by the industry and the association, focusing on the association's central work. III. Forms of News Release
1. Press conference. Regularly hold press conferences, or arrange special press conferences as needed based on the progress of the association's key work or the handling of unexpected industry incidents.
2. Press briefing. For significant events or activities, the news spokesperson may inform the media of relevant situations through a press briefing.
3. Release press releases. For time-sensitive information such as the association's work updates, major events, and unexpected industry incidents, the association's secretariat shall provide press releases, which will be reviewed by the news spokesperson and the association's leadership before being provided to the news media.
4. Release channels. Adapt to the "Internet+" development trend, innovate news release methods, strengthen the construction of new media communication channels such as official websites and WeChat, and enhance the proactiveness, timeliness, accuracy, and effectiveness of news releases.
5. In general, the specific content and release format shall be determined by the news spokesperson, while major news releases shall be decided by the President. When a major matter needs to be released to the media or when an unexpected incident occurs, a press conference may be held as needed.
