(五)完成本协会交办的工作;
(五)向本协会反映情况,提供有关信息和资料;
(六)按规定交纳会费;

Chapter Four Organization
Chapter 17Dis association dey run democratically. Di leaders for di association and important decisions, dem must vote for am, and use majority rule to decide.

Chapter 20Di highest power for dis association na di members meeting. Members meeting last four years. If special matter happen, wey need to change di time, di council must vote, report to di registration authority, and get approval. Extension no go pass one year. Members meeting must happen at least once for every four years. If council think say need am or one-fifth and above members propose, dem fit call emergency meeting.
Chapter 21Di power of di members meeting na:

Second Twenty-Six When board of directors term don finish, we must hold member meeting to do election for changeover. If because of special condition we no fit do changeover on time, our association board of directors must approve am, apply to registration management authority, after registration management authority check am, we fit do changeover early or delay am. Delay of changeover normally no go pass one year. For special condition, if board of directors think e necessary or more than one-fifth of members suggest, we fit call emergency member meeting.
Second Twenty-Seven Our association directors must meet the following conditions:
(一) Registered officially with national business department;
(二) Get good reputation, good name, and well-known for this area and this industry;
(三) Person wey apply to join association for six months fit apply, e dey voluntary, and e need 2/3 of directors vote for am;
(四) Must obey our association constitution, carry out our association decisions, protect our association legal rights and interests, and pay membership dues on time;
(五) Must actively participate for all kinds of activities wey our association organize, actively tell our association about related matters, provide related information, undertake and finish the work wey our association entrust;
Second Twenty-Eight The representative of director wey be organization must be the main person in charge of that organization. If organization change e director representative, e must write to inform our association, and report to board of directors or standing committee for record. If that director be also standing committee member, e go change together.
Article 29 Di Council get duty be:
(1) Call together Member General Meeting;
(2) Fix method for selecting member representatives and number of seats;
(3) Submit work report and financial report to Member General Meeting;
(4) Carry out decisions of Member General Meeting;
(5) Elect and remove executive council members and responsible persons like chairman, vice-chairman, general secretary;
(6) Decide about admission or expulsion of members;
(7) Set up internal management rules, prepare annual financial budget and final accounts, lead all departments of this organization to do work;
(8) Vote on establishment, change and ending of internal offices, branch offices and representative offices;
(9) Review work report of general secretary, inspect work of general secretary;
(10) Vote on appointment and removal of deputy general secretary and main responsible persons of each department;
(11) Vote on appointment and removal of staff of each department;
(12) Change or cancel any unsuitable decision made by executive council;
Article 30 Council meeting go hold two times every year, if matter be special, fit hold anytime. To add new council member, must be elected by Member General Meeting. For special situation, council fit do by-election, but such new council member must be confirmed by next Member General Meeting.
Article 31 Council meeting be called and chaired by chairman. If chairman no fit attend meeting, then deputy chairman or general secretary authorised by chairman go chair. When calling council meeting, chairman or person wey call meeting must give 3 days notice to all council members and tell them meeting topics. Council member must attend meeting in person. If council member no fit attend because of some reason, must write letter to authorise another council member to attend for him, and di letter must state wetin be di authorisation.

(2) To attend board of directors meeting, standing committee meeting, and member assembly;
(3) To nominate di deputy secretary-general and di main responsible person for internal structure and entity structure, and hand dem over to di board of directors or standing committee to decide;
(4) To propose di hiring and firing of full-time staff, and hand am to di board of directors or standing committee to decide;
(5) To draft di annual work report and plan, and submit am to di board of directors or standing committee for review;
(6) To draft internal management rules and regulations, and submit am to di board of directors or standing committee for approval;
(7) To draft di annual financial budget and final accounts report, and submit am to di board of directors or standing committee for review;
(8) To coordinate di work of all branches, representative offices, and entity institutions;
(9) To handle oda daily routine matters.

Article 42Monitors get di following powers:

Article 44If di association want to set up, change, or close any branch or representative office, dem must follow di association rules, do democratic process, put am for board or standing board to approve and make resolution, and tell all members. Every branch or representative office name must include di main association name. Branch fit be sub-association, professional committee, working committee, and so on. Representative office fit be representative office, liaison office, and so on.

Chapter 5 Asset Managementand Use
Section 46 Di moni wey dis association dey take come from:
(1) Membership fee;
(2) Donation;
(3) Government support;
(4) Money wey dem make from activities or services wey dey inside approved business scope;
(5) Interest;
(6) Oda legal income.

Section 49All income of this Association, except for expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the Association's activities, shall be used entirely for the non-profit or public welfare purposes as registered and stipulated in these Articles of Association, and shall not be distributed among members.
Section 50The property of this Association and its proceeds shall not be distributed, excluding reasonable salary and wage expenses. The salary, insurance, and welfare benefits of the Association's staff shall be formulated and implemented by the Council (or the Standing Council) in accordance with relevant national policies and regulations.
Section 51No unit or individual may encroach upon, privately divide, or misappropriate the assets of this Association.
Section 52This Association shall implement the "Accounting System for Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations," conduct accounting in accordance with the law, establish and improve internal accounting supervision systems, and ensure that accounting information is legal, true, accurate, and complete. This Association shall use notes as prescribed by the state. It shall accept tax supervision and accounting supervision implemented by tax and accounting authorities in accordance with the law.
Section 53The finance of this Association shall be managed under unified accounting. All expenses incurred shall be uniformly registered and accounted for in the account books established in accordance with the law. Except for the statutory account books, no other account books shall be kept. The assets of this Association shall not be deposited in any individual's name. The bank account numbers and accounts of this Association shall not be leased, lent, or transferred to other units or individuals for use. Without the approval of the Council, this Association shall not borrow or lend money in its name, lend public funds to external units, or provide financial guarantees to other units or individuals in its name.
Section 54This Association shall employ accounting personnel with professional qualifications. The accountant shall not concurrently serve as the cashier, and the management of accounts, cash, and assets shall be handled by different personnel. Accounting personnel must carry out accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When financial personnel are transferred or leave their posts, handover procedures must be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Accounting Law."
Section 55The business and fiscal year of this Association shall be from January 1 to December 31 each year. Before March 31 each year, the Council shall examine and approve the following items:
(1) The business report and final accounts of income and expenditure for the previous year;
(2) The business plan and budget for income and expenditure for the current year;
(3) The inventory of property.
Section 56This Association shall ensure that accounting information is legal, true, accurate, and complete. Archives shall be established for accounting vouchers, account books, financial accounting reports, and other accounting materials, and they shall be properly kept. The recording of accounting vouchers shall be clear and neat, conforming to the requirements of the "Basic Accounting Work Standards." The attached original vouchers shall have true and accurate content, and the invoices obtained shall be qualified and valid. Original vouchers that are untrue or illegal shall not be accepted, and the President and the legal representative, among other responsible persons, shall be reported. Original vouchers with inaccurate or incomplete records shall be returned and require correction or supplementation in accordance with the unified national accounting system regulations.
