**各成员单位：**

科隆国际家具生产、木工及室内装饰展（INTERZUM）作为行业领先的展会，为未来行业的创新与发展提供了不竭的动力。为期四天的展会将会成为行业核心的交流平台：来自世界各地的参展商与观众在此相遇，交流商业信息，构建贸易往来。2017年INTERZUM的展览时间为2017年5月16-19日。

  

汉诺威国际木工及林业博览会（LIGNA）创办于1975年，每两年举办一届，这是世界木工行业和木材加工工业的盛会。通过大量的报告、活动和特别展，也为大家提供了一个信息交流和知识交流的理想平台。2017年LIGNA举办时间为2017年5月22-26日。

  

为进一步给会员单位提供服务，协会将组织会员单位参观科隆及汉诺威展会，并考察相关欧洲企业。

 

一、活动时间：**2017年5月13日--5月24日**

| 2017年5月16日（周二） | 上午：德国新天鹅堡观光<br>下午：参观德国蓝帜刀具公司 (Leitz) |
| 2017年5月17日（周三） | 上午：参观德国豪迈设备公司(Homag)<br>下午：参观德国家具厂 |
| 2017年5月18日（周四） | 全天：参观科隆展（INTERZUM） |
| 2017年5月19日（周五） | 全天：参观科隆展（INTERZUM） |
| 2017年5月20日（周六） | 奥特莱斯购物 |
| 2017年5月21日（周日） | 德国观光 |
| 2017年5月22日（周一） | 全天：参观汉诺威木工机械展（LIGNA） |
| 2017年5月23日（周二） | 上午：参观汉诺威木工机械展（LIGNA）下午：返程中国 |
| 2017年5月24日（周三） | 下午：到达广州 |

  

三、活动说明:

1﹑我们会协助参团人员办理到欧洲的签证；

  

2﹑我们会负责安排机票、酒店、餐饮、交通、展会门票、旅游观光等（具体行程请参看行程单介绍）；

  

3﹑到欧洲参观展会以及观光的费用标准为：

双人间：RMB25,000元/人

单人间：RMB29,000元/人      

**注明：**

**1)  以上费用包括机票、酒店、车辆、签证、保险、餐饮等所有费用（展会参观期间午餐自理）；**

**2) 以上费用不含发票，如需开发票请另加发票税费 RMB 1,000元人；**

**3)以上费用多退少补；**

**4)** **收款账户为：**

**   开户行：中国农业银行天朗明居支行**

4﹑报名截止时间为2017年3月10日（有需要参加的企业将附件报名表回传）；出国费用交付截止日期为2017年3月31日； 逾期将不予受理；

  

5﹑为方便我们核对款项，请在汇款底单上注明公司名称及参展人员名字；

  

6﹑由于欧盟修改了入境签证申请流程并需要每个人留存指纹记录，所以每个出国的申请人需前往领事馆当面递交签证资料；

  

7﹑申请人须在2017年3月10日前准备好护照及其它签证资料，我们会协助申请人完成签证资料准备工作并于2017年4月帮助申请人递交签证资料；签证申请时间在5到10个工作日，期间护照需要保留在欧洲领事馆。
