**关于举办公益明星趣味篮球赛的通知**
**各会员单位：**
由广东省定制家居协会和广东衣柜行业协会主办的第三届“韩拓胶粘剂定制杯”篮球联赛已持续两个多月，即将进入尾声。公益明星趣味篮球赛将于2019年11月23日举办，与总决赛同台呈现，为下一期梦想读书站慈善活动进行募捐，地点待定，相关比赛细则、报名事项如下：
**一、公益明星趣味篮球赛**
公益明星趣味篮球赛由两部分内容组成：趣味篮球赛+公益款项捐献，现公开招募定制家居行业公益明星赛队员，报名人员要求为各企业董事长或副总及以上职位的人员，共招募24名队员。
**本次公益明星趣味篮球赛所筹集款项（报名费），除去活动筹办经费，其余将全部捐助给“梦想读书站”第8期项目，用于为当地贫困小学建设图书室，传递知识，传递爱心。**协会现号召各企业踊跃报名，展现广东省定制家居协会和广东衣柜行业协会“公益+健康”的风采，体现会员企业的善举魅力！
**（一）竞赛办法**
24名队员，现场抽签分为两队，每队12名运动员，比赛分为三个项目。
**（二）奖项设置**
1.冠军队：奖杯+精美礼品
2.亚军队：奖杯+精美礼品
**（三）报名办法**
1.报名人员要求为定制家居行业企业董事长或副总及以上职位的人员，共招募24名队员，先报先得。
2.球衣将由协会统一提供，请各球员将球衣号码及码数报到秘书处。
3.参赛队员报名费：5000元/人，如需要发票的（另加6个税点）。
付款方式：7个工作日内付款，款项请汇入以下账号：

**二、注意事项**
（一）参赛运动员必须身体健康，患有心脏病、高血压症、哮喘病等不适宜参加剧烈运动疾病者禁止参赛。
（二）本着“友谊第一、比赛第二、促进交流、共同进步”的宗旨进行比赛，各球队注意安全教育，禁止发生不和谐事件。
（三）建议各参赛运动员自行购买 “人生意外伤害保险”（含往返比赛场地途中及比赛期间）。
（四）各参赛运动员交通费用自理。
**三、报名方式**
各运动员请于2019年11月12日前向协会秘书处上报报名信息及其他资料（见附件1）。附件报名信息填写后发送到协会邮箱 2691383329@qq.com。
