**关于举办2019政府科技项目政策解读及高新技术企业认定专题讲座的通知**
**各会员单位及相关企业：**
近年来，各级政府部门出台了相关系列科技政策推动企业发展，进一步激发各类创新主体的积极性和创造性。同时科技政策呈现出层级多、种类多、专题方向多、各政策特点与申报要求各异等特点，企业难以做到对科技项目政策的全面监控、深度解读、精确选择、合理组合并及时申报。
为了让各会员企业更加高效的了解**政府**科技**项目及高新技术企业认定相关政策**、更好地准备相关申报材料。广东省定制家居协会携手汇桔网举办政府科技项目解读及高新技术企业认定专题讲座，由汇桔网科技项目部资深高新技术申报专家现场进行解读，欢迎各位会员企业报名参加。
**一、活动目的**
本次专题讲座将为企业们带来以下解读：
（一）广东省2019年主流项目分析（科技小巨人企业、高新技术企业培育入库、市研发机构、百家标杆企业、两化融合管理体系贯标、专利技术产业化、中国制造2025、工业和信息化发展专项资金、智慧广州专项资金项目等）；
（二）政府科技项目、高新技术企业项目的申报条件及优惠补助政策，剖析认定工作存在的问题，解读企业申报的各个环节、具体流程和注意事项；
（三）企业经营所存在的知识产权风控和保护问题。
**二、活动时间及地点**
（一）活动时间：2019年6月11日（星期二）14：30-17：00
（二）活动地点：广州市黄埔区开创大道南侧20米知商谷•一楼•伯尔尼会议室
（三）活动流程：
14:00-14:30 会议签到
14:30-15:15 政府科技项目申报专题讲座
15:15-16:00 高新技术企业申报专题讲座
16:00-17:00 专业咨询师一对一解决企业问题
**三、报名方法及注意事项**
报名参会人员**须为协会会员企业知识产权、政府项目申报相关负责人。因场地有限，每家企业限报2人，请与会人员提前安排好工作，依时参加会议，不得中途离场。**请于6月6日前将会议报名回执（附件一）发至协会秘书处邮箱：469465700@qq.com，或联系秘书处工作人员报名，以便安排会务。
