On October 11, the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association convened the first ninth member congress of its Party branch and a special organizational life meeting for thematic education. In the special organizational life meeting session, on the basis of deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, opinions and suggestions were widely solicited, heart-to-heart talks were seriously conducted, and party spirit analysis was carried out in connection with ideological, work, and life realities,Deeply searching for main existing problems, examining the ideological roots of the problems, and clarifying the direction of effort and rectification measures.The following comparative inspection is presented below.
Problem examination:
1. Due to numerous daily affairs, branch party members' political theory learning is not deep enough;
2. Work style has a gap with the requirements of seeking truth and being pragmatic, party members' own learning ability is poor, and the effectiveness of theory guiding practice is not high enough;
3. Work execution needs strengthening, and political sensitivity needs improvement.
Specific rectification measures:
1. Place political theory learning in an important position, improve the learning system, formulate learning plans, stipulate learning content, and clarify learning progress and requirements.
2. Through organized learning, improve party members' own level and ability, and apply learning in work. After each application of theory practice, conduct review discussions.
3. Formulate work plans combining actual situations, avoid raising unrealistic slogans regarding democratic and unity consciousness, fully respect and listen to opinions and suggestions from all parties, promote scientific decision-making and democratic decision-making, and at the same time regularly carry out criticism and self-criticism.
