**各会员单位：**
为了提供更好的学习与交流平台，帮助企业提高对橱柜工艺技术的了解和加强定制家居（橱柜、衣柜、门窗）企业的后台升级，促进定制行业发展，秘书处拟定于2017年11月1日举办协会培训会——后台升级“避雷术”。
本次会议由广东省定制家居协会与广东衣柜行业协会联合举办，也是家居企业相互交流的良机。热诚欢迎各成员单位参会，具体事宜通知如下：
**培训内容：**
1、通过橱柜工艺技术培训，提高企业对橱柜工艺技术的了解，使企业掌握一套有别于衣柜的橱柜工艺技术理论，打造符合自己企业的橱柜的盈利模式。
2、分享鱼骨图的问题分析工具，导入文武咨询7把钢刀管控方式，领会文武咨询张弛有度的管理方式。
3、分享文武张弛管理系统，帮助企业用价值观导向打造高效执行力团队。
**一．活动时间：2017年11月1日9：00-16：40**
**二．活动形式：主题培训纯享版**
**三．活动地点：广州华钜君悦酒店四楼——台北厅（广州市花都区迎宾大道东399号）**

09:30-10:50 橱柜工艺技术体系讲解
10:50-11:00 休息10分钟
11:00-11:30 鱼骨图培训
11:30-12:00 鱼骨图作业
12:00-13:30 午餐休息
13:30-14:50 针对鱼骨图作业进行讲解
14:50-15:00 休息10分钟
15:00-16:00 文武张弛管理系统讲解
16:00-16:30 嘉宾提问互动
16:30-16:40 嘉宾集体合影
16:40 结束

（一）会员单位两个名额，理事单位四个名额，报名需缴纳100元/人午餐费，请于10月24日前将确定参会人员名单回传（附件1）及汇款水单至协会邮箱（**2691383329@qq.com**）.
