This guided industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and technical institutions to form a joint effort, jointly promoting enterprises within the industry and on platforms to implement the specific requirements of the "Two Regulations", and solidifying quality and safety main responsibilities. In order to actively respond to the spirit of the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for Promoting the Implementation of Industrial Product Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities", our association will distribute the relevant documents from the State Administration for Market Regulation concerning the"Two Regulations" documents and relevant notification documents on the implementation work plan of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (see attachment), to member enterprises of our association, advocating that each member enterprise seriously study and fully understand the specific content and requirements of the "Two Regulations", clarify the quality and safety main responsibilities of production and sales units, build a comprehensive and multi-level product quality and safety supervision system, improve the level of industrial product quality and safety, and effectively safeguard the life and property safety of the people.
