To All Member Units and Related Enterprises:
In order to implement the "Provisions on Supervision and Administration of Production Units Implementing Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities for Industrial Products" (State Administration for Market Regulation Order No.75) and the "Provisions on Supervision and Administration of Sales Units Implementing Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities for Industrial Products" (State Administration for Market Regulation Order No. 76) (hereinafter referred to as the "Two Regulations"), the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation held a special guidance meeting on September 19-20 regarding relevant industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and testing institutions to implement the "Two Regulations". This guided industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and technical institutions to form a joint effort, jointly promoting enterprises within the industry and on platforms to implement the specific requirements of the "Two Regulations", and solidifying quality and safety main responsibilities.
In order to actively respond to the spirit of the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for Promoting the Implementation of Industrial Product Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities", our association will distribute the relevant documents from the State Administration for Market Regulation concerning the"Two Regulations" documents and relevant notification documents on the implementation work plan of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (see attachment), to member enterprises of our association, advocating that each member enterprise seriously study and fully understand the specific content and requirements of the "Two Regulations", clarify the quality and safety main responsibilities of production and sales units, build a comprehensive and multi-level product quality and safety supervision system, improve the level of industrial product quality and safety, and effectively safeguard the life and property safety of the people.
Our association will also organize and carry out based on the specific situation and actual needs of each enterprise,"Two Regulations" related aspect special training, to promote the timely and effective implementation of the requirements of the "Two Regulations" by the member enterprises of the association.
