On March 30, the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Guangdong Custom Home Industry Association and the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association were successfully held at Langham Place Hotel, Guangzhou,The conference elected the new leadership team of the association through resolutions by member representatives, strictly adhering to the association's constitution, and hopes that under the leadership of the new team, the association can continue to play its role during this transitional period, guiding the industry onto a better and faster development path.

Collaborative Innovation, Co-creating the Future
This member assembly mainly consisted of the President's work report, the Supervisor's work report, the election and re-election, and the new President's speech along with future work deployment.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Zhang Ting stated in his work report that in the past, the association has taken solid steps towards diversified development through continuous improvement of mechanism construction, strengthening external connections, expanding into new business tracks, and persisting in reform and quality improvement innovation.The association will continue to play its bridging role in government-business communication, actively promoting the implementation of the title "Global Capital of Customization in Guangzhou"; actively promote various constructions of the association, increase the planning and organization of various activities, create characteristic industry events such as Intelligent Manufacturing Conference and Industrial Chain Trend Summit, and continue to practice social public welfare activities, constantly striving, not failing the trust of every member and the expectations of society!
Following this,President Lin Tao took the stage to deliver a speech and report. He mentioned that he should speak up for small and medium-sized enterprises, serve member units well, and contribute his humble strength to the development of the Guangdong custom home industry.He also bears the responsibility to advocate an organizational culture of positive heart, knowledge, thought, action, and energy, enhancing the association's cohesion and centripetal force.
Association Supervisor Chairman and Novica Chairman Zhou Weiming pointed out in the 2022-2023 Supervisor Report and financial status that the Supervisory Board will continue to uphold the work policy of "Comprehensive Attention, Key Supervision,"Seriously fulfill supervisory duties. Strictly implement the provisions of the association's constitution, fully exert supervisory functions, strictly implement national relevant fiscal regulations, financial systems for social organizations, and the association's constitution in terms of finance, safeguarding the healthy development of the association.
Subsequently, Zeng Xiangwei, Party Branch Secretary of Guangdong Custom Home Industry Association and General Manager of Milanna Business Unit, made the Party Branch Work Report. The branch will unite all party members and cadres,Accurately grasp and proactively respond to new situations and new tasks in business work, further strengthen awareness of rules, opportunities, and responsibilities, continuously innovate thinking, improve capabilities, and pioneer new paths,Strive to achieve new breakthroughs in party building work and business work.
Finally, Association Secretary-General Zeng Yong presented the specific annual work report for the Guangdong Province Custom Home Industry Association & Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association. He mentioned that the association actively promotes information technology construction and optimizes the integration of upstream and downstream supply chain development.In 2022 and 2023, the Association held the 12th and 13th Guangzhou Customization Exhibitions and organized over 35 various activities, actively empowering members.

This Member Assembly was also the election meeting for the 3rd term of the Guangdong Province Custom Home Industry Association and the 4th term of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association. The election will be conducted via secret ballot to elect the new President, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Supervisory Units, and Council Units from the candidate list.According to Article 22, Chapter 4 of the Articles of Association of the Guangdong Province Custom Home Industry Association and the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association, this election shall take effect upon approval by more than half of the voting members present.

After secret ballot casting by 286 attending member representatives,votes, Shangpin Chepei General Manager Li Jiacong was elected President of the Guangdong Province Custom Home Industry Association with 273 votes, Badesheng Chairman Zhang Jian with 273 votes elected GuangdongWardrobe Industry Association President,Canoya Custom Home Vice President and Marketing General Manager Lai Yongjing was elected as Guangdong Province Custom Home Industry Association/Guangdong WardrobeIndustry Association Supervisory Board Chairman, Guangdong Canoya Home Co., Ltd., Boloni Smart Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., Guangdong Dingguo Collective Creation Home Co., Ltd. were elected as Association Supervisory Units with 274 votes, and 32 Council Units passed with 279 votes.
With this,our Association's new leadership team has been produced through the election. We hope that under the leadership of the new team, the Association can orderly promote benign competition and collaborative innovation in the industry, lead the industry towards a better future, and achieve higher quality development!

After the election, the two newly appointed presidents took the stage to deliver speeches, outlining new deployments and plans for the association's future work, setting the tone for the association's overall development direction.
