**关于组织举办“后台升级，精益制造”培训会议的通知**
**各会员单位：**
定制家居行业风口已然过去，如今的企业管理需走向精益制造及精细化管理。2019年对于定制家居企业，是极具挑战的一年，是定制“变”年，行业已经颇具规模，发展趋势变缓。面对日益激烈的竞争，以及材料、人工等成本上升问题，企业唯有求变——后台升级，才能稳步发展，提升竞争力，使利润最大化。
本次会议将针对如何全面提升企业工厂端的运作能力，围绕交期准时、品质稳定、效率提升、成本降低、现场改善五个维度进行讲解培训。有助于企业打造强有力的执行团队、提升生产效率、降低成本。
“后台升级，精益制造”是企业的发展方向，热诚欢迎各成员单位参会，共同探讨定制家居行业未来发展趋势。培训会议具体事宜通知如下：

**四、导师介绍**
**叶淦彬老师**
CMC国际注册咨询师、企业后台升级辅导专家、张弛规模定制生产方式研究者、推广者，现任广州文武企业管理咨询有限公司董事长；
广州文武咨询为中国成长型企业提供后台升级咨询服务，坚持为企业创造价值和定制方案使命，秉承努力让企业满意的咨询理念，公司成立7年来所接咨询项目100%结案，叶淦彬老师率领文武专家组开发《W5后台升级精益系统》受到众多知名企业的好评；
叶老师获选为广东省咨询协会中小企业专家库专家成员，被多家企业聘请为老板的私人教练、常年技术顾问。
**贝为主老师**
广州文武企业管理咨询有限公司专业咨询师，数年定制家具行业驻厂辅导经验。擅长领域：团队组建与扩充、绩效考核体系打造、团队执行力塑造、高效能团队技能训练、生产管控及人力资源等；
多年专注于企业内部管理的探索，曾参与服务过的企业有皮阿诺家居、合生雅居、九江铝业、九江塑胶五金、狮山机械等，专业、细心、敏锐的工作风格获得企业方高度认可。
**蔡国柳老师**
广州文武企业管理咨询有限公司专业咨询师，数年定制家具行业驻厂辅导经验。擅长领域：组织架构重组、督导运作、订单梳理、产能攻关、现场7S改善及流程改善等；
多年专注于企业内部管理的探索，曾在美尼美实施驻厂项目中，为企业降低材料库存成本和人员岗位优化调整；
曾参与服务过的企业有皮阿诺家居、科凡定制、美尼美家具、艾兰仕家具、中至信家居等，高效务实的工作作风获得企业方高度认可。

（一）本次活动报名限250人，理事单位限4人参加，会员单位限2人参加，非会员单位报名须经过协会秘书处审核；
