In order to thoroughly implement the requirements for the change of leadership of grassroots Party organizations and further strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations, in accordance with the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China", and with the approval of the higher-level Party committee, the Party branch held its first 11th General Meeting of Party Members and Change of Leadership Meeting on July 3rd. Secretary Zhang Juntao, Party members Zeng Xiangwei, Mo Jingxin, Li Xianhui, and activists Luo Lei, Yang Jinsheng, Huang Siyuan, and Cai Zeqiong, a total of 8 people, attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Secretary Zhang Juntao of the Party branch delivered the work report of the previous Party branch to all Party members. The report comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the Party branch in various tasks over the past period and the management of membership dues income and expenditure, showcasing the remarkable results the Party branch has achieved in strengthening Party building and serving the masses. At the same time, the report also deeply analyzed the existing problems and shortcomings in the current work and put forward practical suggestions and prospects for future work based on the actual situation.
At the change of leadership meeting, the Party branch secretary elaborated on the importance and necessity of this change from three main aspects. In addition, the secretary solemnly stated the principles and discipline of the change election, emphasizing that all Party members must strictly abide by the election regulations, participate in the election with a high sense of political responsibility and mission, and ensure that this change election truly meets the requirements of the higher-level Party committee and the fundamental interests of the majority of Party members and the masses.
According to the established election procedures, all Party members conducted the election by secret ballot. Ultimately, through an open and transparent vote counting process, the new Party branch secretary was successfully elected. This election not only selected a new branch committee and a new look but also achieved a high degree of unity between the organization's intent and the will of the Party members, demonstrating the strong cohesion and centripetal force of the Party branch.
The newly elected Party branch secretary, Zeng Xiangwei, delivered a speech at the meeting. He stated that he would closely combine the actual work of the Party branch, put forward specific requirements, and fully leverage the core role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress. He emphasized that the new Party branch must always bear in mind the Party's purpose, exercise its rights and fulfill its obligations earnestly from the perspective of serving the masses, clarify work responsibilities, and enhance the sense of responsibility. At the same time, all Party members must remain vigilant at all times, earnestly study the Party Constitution and all Party lines, principles, and policies, and maintain the advanced nature of Party members.
The successful convening of this change of leadership meeting marks that the Party branch has entered a new stage of development. All Party members will take this change as an opportunity to stay true to the original aspiration and keep the mission firmly in mind. On the basis of inheriting and carrying forward past good experiences and practices, they will adhere to integrity and innovation, focus on key tasks, practice mission and responsibility, and devote themselves to future work with fuller enthusiasm and a more pragmatic work style, contributing wisdom and strength to achieving the high-quality development of the Party branch!
