On October 11, the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association convened the Ninth Meeting of the First Session of the Party Branch Members' Assembly and the Special Organizational Life Meeting for Thematic Education. At the beginning of the meeting, everyone continued to deeply study the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Subsequently, Secretary Zhang Juntao made arrangements regarding the branch committee rotation and the nomination of secretary candidates,He also expressed that whether Party members or activists, he hopes everyone can remain vigilant at all times, adhere to party building leadership, strengthen learning, improve work style, solidify responsibilities, keep pace with the times, and innovate and break new ground,efficiently implement the work deployment of the Association's Party Branch, lead all branch members to strive hard, achieve new accomplishments, and reach a new level.
During the Special Organizational Life Meeting session, based on deeply studying the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, everyone broadly solicited opinions and suggestions, seriously conducted heart-to-heart talks, and carried out party spirit analysis connecting their thoughts, work, and life realities,thoroughly identify the main existing problems, examine the ideological roots causing these problems, and clarify the direction for improvement and rectification measures.The following comparative inspection is now presented.
Problems Identified:
1. Due to numerous daily tasks, the depth of political theory learning among branch Party members is insufficient;
2. There is a gap between the work style and the requirements of seeking truth and being pragmatic; Party members' own learning abilities are weak, and the effectiveness of theory guiding practice is not high enough;
3. Work execution needs strengthening, and political sensitivity needs improvement.
Specific Rectification Measures:
1. Place political theory learning in an important position, improve the learning system, formulate learning plans, specify learning content, and clarify learning progress and requirements.
2. Enhance Party members' own levels and capabilities through organized learning, and apply learning to work. Conduct review discussions after each application of theoretical practice.
3. Formulate work plans combining actual conditions, enhance democratic and unity awareness, fully respect and listen to opinions and suggestions from all sides, promote scientific and democratic decision-making, and simultaneously regularly carry out criticism and self-criticism.
