As early as 1993, Beihui Wood Industry Co., Ltd. began producing MFC—melamine-impregnated film-faced wood-based panels for the furniture industry. In 1999, the company pioneered the production and sales of LPM impregnated film paper for furniture and laminate flooring in China.
In today's Chinese impregnated film paper industry, Beihui holds a leading position in production equipment, product quality, and production scale. Beihui operates ten first-class impregnation production lines, including three original German VITS and one Italian TOCCHIO impregnation line. These advanced lines are equipped with Siemens PLC control systems, ARP spray systems, high-precision fixed-point cutting systems, and IFA automatic glue mixing systems, with a maximum width of 8′. This ensures comprehensive production capabilities and assured product quality.
