## Application Process
1. 01Download and complete the required documents.
2. 02Sign, stamp and mail the paper files to the secretariat.
3. 03The secretariat reviews after receiving the paper documents.
4. 04The result is notified within 7 working days; approved applicants pay the membership fee within 5 working days.

- Attachment 3: recommendation letter; if unavailable, provide a 200-word company profile

### Membership Fees
- General member company: RMB 3,000/year
- Standing council member company: RMB 30,000/year
### Membership Conditions
1. Support the association charter
2. Intend to join the association
3. Operate legally with no adverse records
4. Have influence in the industry or related fields
5. Hold a valid business license and related qualifications
### Membership Procedure
1. Submit the membership application as required
2. Obtain approval after council review
3. Pay the annual membership fee according to the standard
4. Receive the membership certificate from the council or an authorized body
### Member Rights
1. Attend the general assembly
2. Exercise voting, election and eligibility rights in the association
3. Receive priority access to association services and activities
4. Access association information materials and services
