This guided industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and technical institutions to form a joint effort, jointly promoting enterprises within the industry and on platforms to implement the specific requirements of the "Two Regulations", and consolidating quality and safety primary responsibilities. In active response to the spirit of the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on Printing and Issuing the Work Plan for Promoting the Implementation of Industrial Product Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities", our association will distribute relevant State Administration for Market Regulation"Two Regulations" documents and relevant notification documents on the implementation work plan of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (see attachment), to our association's member enterprises. We advocate that each member enterprise carefully study and fully understand the specific content and requirements of the "Two Regulations", clarify the quality and safety primary responsibilities of production and sales units, build a comprehensive and multi-level product quality and safety supervision system, improve the level of industrial product quality and safety, and effectively safeguard the lives and property safety of the people.
