Regarding Promoting Our Association Members to Actively Implement Industrial Product Quality

To All Member Units and Relevant Enterprises:
In order to implement the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Production Units Implementing Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities for Industrial Products" (Order of the State Administration for Market Regulation No.75) and the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Sales Units Implementing Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities for Industrial Products" (Order of the State Administration for Market Regulation No. 76) (hereinafter referred to as the "Two Regulations"), the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation held a special guidance meeting on September 19-20 regarding industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and testing institutions implementing the "Two Regulations". This guided industry associations, e-commerce platforms, and technical institutions to form a joint effort, jointly promoting enterprises within the industry and on platforms to implement the specific requirements of the "Two Regulations", and consolidating quality and safety primary responsibilities.
In active response to the spirit of the "Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on Printing and Issuing the Work Plan for Promoting the Implementation of Industrial Product Quality and Safety Main Responsibilities", our association will distribute relevant State Administration for Market Regulation"Two Regulations" documents and relevant notification documents on the implementation work plan of the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation (see attachment), to our association's member enterprises. We advocate that each member enterprise carefully study and fully understand the specific content and requirements of the "Two Regulations", clarify the quality and safety primary responsibilities of production and sales units, build a comprehensive and multi-level product quality and safety supervision system, improve the level of industrial product quality and safety, and effectively safeguard the lives and property safety of the people.
Our association will also, based on the specific situations and actual needs of each enterprise, organize and conduct"Two Regulations" related specialized training, to promote the timely and effective implementation of the requirements of the "Two Regulations" by the association's member enterprises.
