On March 12, ahead of International Consumer Rights Protection Day, the "'Craftsmanship' Casts Products, 'Quality' Leads the Future"—2024 March 15 International Consumer Rights Protection Day Symposium was held at Qingzhou Zero-Carbon Factory, organized by the Hengli Branch of Dongguan Market Regulation Administration and Guangdong Qingzhou Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., and undertaken by Qingzhou Quality Technology Research Center. Representatives from municipal market regulation departments, the municipal consumer council, the provincial custom furniture association, third-party testing and certification agencies, brand customers, and suppliers attended the symposium to discuss the path of jointly building industry quality and achieving high-quality development.
Prior to the symposium, attendees visited Qingzhou Zero-Carbon Factory and the NQI Building in turn, listening to the enterprise share experiences and report achievements regarding joint quality building and innovative applications of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) One-Stop Service Platform.
As a national "Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovation (SRDI) Little Giant" in the niche field of optoelectronic intelligent control, Qingzhou Optoelectronic has placed great emphasis on quality construction and investment since its inception. Not only did it establish a Quality Technology Service Center, but it also invested in constructing a Testing Building capable of conducting approximately 200 types of specialized tests. It provides testing and certification value-added services for hundreds of industry clients annually, serving as an important platform to aid both the enterprise's own and the industry's high-quality innovative development. It has been evaluated as a demonstration pilot for the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) One-Stop Service Platform.
During the symposium, the Dongguan Market Regulation Administration (Intellectual Property Office) launched the inaugural event of the "Assisting Enterprises, Promoting Consumption, Stimulating Consumption Vitality" tour lecture series. The lectures promoted knowledge of laws and regulations concerning market regulation and consumer rights protection, assisting enterprises in improving service levels and fostering the healthy development of the consumption market.
Following the symposium, attendees jointly witnessed the unveiling of the "Qingzhou Quality Lecture Hall". The hall will continue to advocate for quality, convey the concept of joint quality building, and work together to promote high-quality development within the industry.
In the future, under the guidance of government departments at all levels, Qingzhou Optoelectronic will collaborate with brand customers, suppliers, and third-party testing and certification agencies. It will fully leverage the role of the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) One-Stop Service Platform, cultivate new quality productive forces, provide more high-quality products for the general public, and assist the high-quality development of the upstream and downstream industries.
