The Third Second Session of Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association and the Fourth Second Session of Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association Council Successfully Convened!

On October 29th, the 3rd Second Session of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association and the 4th Second Session of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association were held in Meeting Room 5 of the Shanghai Zhaopei Guangzhou Head Office.

29 governing units including Shanghai Zhaopei, Sofya, Baidesheng, Kefan Customization, Mage Whole-Home Customization, Dinggu Whole-Home Customization, Kanoa, Golden Kitchen Cabinet, Siniman, Boloni, Yishili Home, Royal Customization+, Guante Formaldehyde-Free Home, Lianbang Gaodeng, Zhibang Home, Holike, Laoka Whole-Home Customization, Yilian Whole-Home Customization, V6 Home, TATA Wooden Doors, Xinhaoxuan Doors & Windows, 3D Paint-Free Wooden Doors, Wanhua OSB, DTC, Huali Shares, Nanxing Equipment, Tuttu, Yueshan New Materials, Yongtenai, along with Association Secretary-General Zeng Yong, Executive Deputy Secretary-General Luo Ziqin, Deputy Secretary-General Yang Jinsheng, Smart Manufacturing Committee Secretary-General Huang Wei, and New Media Committee Secretary-General Zhu Yanqing, attended; Shunde Station Head Zhou Jingcong was present as an observer. The meeting was chaired by Executive Deputy Secretary-General Luo Ziqin.

This is the first time the council meeting has been held at the president's unit.In the future, council meetings will be held in rotation among the various governing units. The association hopes that this model will promote communication and exchange among governing units, enhance mutual understanding,and jointly promote the development and progress of the industry.

Before the meeting began, Huang Jinchao, Assistant to the General Manager of Shanghai Zhaopei and Dean of the Shanghai Zhaopei Empowerment Business School, shared with everyone the latest progress and practical experience of Shanghai Zhaopei in design software and AI applications.Shanghai Zhaopei is actively exploring the deep integration of AI technology in various business processes, aiming to provide customers with a more convenient and efficient personalized service experience. Mr. Huang's sharing allowed everyone to see the huge potential and broad application prospects of AI technology in the custom home furnishing industry. Shanghai Zhaopei also expressed the hope that these innovative practices would bring beneficial inspiration to the overall development of the industry.

Immediately after, Executive Deputy Secretary-General Luo Ziqin chaired and reported on the recent work of the association secretariat.In the work report, Luo summarized from the aspects of industry activities, the Golden Prize, special committees, external exchanges, training activities, and public welfare activities. During this period, the association held activities of great significance, including the "From Trends to Market" – 2024 Milan Exhibition Sharing Session, the China Chain Exhibition & 2024 Custom Home Furnishing Industry Circuit Seminar (Hangzhou Station), a new media training course, and the "Finding Increment in the Stock Era" Customized Home Furnishing Dealer Pilot Program (Chongqing Station), as well as an overseas investigation and exchange trip.

At the same time, he introduced the basic situation of the Whole-Home Decoration Supply Chain Committee and the New Media Committee. Currently, the Whole-Home Decoration Supply Chain Committee has 33 members.Since its establishment, it has already held three decoration company visits in Hangzhou, Shenzhen, and Guiyang.Going forward, the committee will continue to play its bridging role, promoting in-depth cooperation between upstream and downstream resources in the national whole-home decoration supply chain and home decoration companies, bringing consumers higher quality home decoration services, and achieving sustainable development and mutual benefit for the industry. Since the establishment of the New Media Committee, 25 members have joined, and two sessions of new media training activities have been held. Under the current new media trend, the committee relies on the association's large platform and actively coordinates resources from all parties.Empowering home furnishing companies to open up new marketing thinking.

In addition, Secretary-General Zeng Yong specifically introduced the investigation and exchange trips to Malaysia and Indonesia. Through field research, visits, and exchanges, they conducted in-depth communication and research on how overseas markets can help the development of the home furnishing industry and explore the key to sustainable industry development. In the future, the association will continue to increase external exchanges, based on industry development.Continuously and regularly "go global", actively seeking development opportunities for "Chinese enterprises going global".

Regarding the association's work plan for the next quarter, the association will hold events such as the "Restructuring the Value Chain" – 2024 Custom Home Furnishing Industry Chain Conference & Light High-End Customization Upgrade and Transformation Conference, the 2025 Enterprise Innovation and Efficiency – Home Furnishing Entrepreneurs' Ideation Meeting, co-host with the Hundred Best Alliance: Custom Brand & Mall Collaborative Development Engine Summit, the Dream Reading Station public welfare activity, the 4th "Customization Cup" Seven-a-Side Football Tournament, and organize group investigations of the Dubai and Saudi markets, including the BIG 5 construction exhibition. In the second half of the year, the association will also continue to increase efforts to provide higher quality services to members, play a good bridging role in communication with all sectors, and the two special committees will actively fulfill their functions, build positive energy for the industry, and initiate more visits. Empowering home furnishing companies to open up new marketing thinking, broaden corporate communication and development channels,Contribute to the sustainable development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and implement and promote the healthy development of the custom home furnishing industry.

Secretary Luo provided a detailed report on the association's financial work.Currently, finances are basically balanced; on the membership side,from June 2024 to September 2024, a total of 46 new member enterprises were added. As of now, the association has nearly 500 member enterprises.The association has also been constantly thinking and reflecting on how to identify key points and footholds, and, while adhering to the consistent purpose of serving members, continuously grow and improve in the service of members, exploring ways to break through industry development,contributing to building a healthier, more orderly, and sustainable market environment.

The directors conducted an on-site vote on enterprises applying to join the board of directors. After voting,Vogo Home Furnishing's application to become a board member was approved,officially becoming a board member, bringing the total number of board member units to 33. Going forward, the association will base itself on the industry, focus on promoting communication among members, and actively play the role of a platform and medium,helping the industry and members move forward on the path of sustainable development!

In response to the current complex market competition environment, the attending leaders conducted an in-depth discussion onThe Possibility of Establishing an Industry Integrity AllianceAs an industry organization and service platform, the association upholds its consistent commitment to maintaining the industry ecosystem, building a positive voice window for the industry, and continuously promoting the collaborative development of the home furnishing industry,jointly promoting the multi-dimensional and diversified healthy development of the custom home furnishing industry!

After the internal voting and discussions, witnessed by Zhang Ting, Honorary Chairman of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association, Lin Tao, Honorary Chairman of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association, Li Jiacong, Chairman of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association, and Zhang Jian, Chairman of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association,Secretary General Zeng Yong awarded the board plaque to V6 Home Furnishing, the new board member.

At the end of the meeting, Zeng Yong, Secretary-General of the Association and Founder of Bojun Media, signed contracts with 13 brands—including Shangpin Zhaipei, Suofeia Wardrobe | Whole-Home Customization, Baidesheng, Shiniman, Gold, Kefan Customization, Mage Whole-Home Customization, Kanoa Whole-Home Customization, Royal High-End Whole-Home Customization, Laoka Whole-Home Customization, Federal Gaodeng, Yilian Whole-Home Customization, and Wanhua Hexiang Group—for the Guangzhou Custom Home Show.
