On March 30, the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Guangdong Custom Home Industry Association and the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association were successfully held at the Langham Hotel in Guangzhou,The meeting passed resolutions to elect the new association leadership team while strictly adhering to the association's constitution, and hopes that under the leadership of the new team, the association can continue to play its role during this transitional period and lead the industry onto a better and faster development path.
Association Work Report
Collaborative Innovation, Shaping the Future Together
This general meeting primarily included the President's work report, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board's work report, the election and re-election process, and speeches by the newly elected President along with future work deployment.
At the outset of the meeting, President Zhang Ting stated in his work report that in the past, the association took solid steps toward diversified development through continuous improvement of mechanisms, strengthened external connections, expanded into new business tracks, and persisted in reform and quality improvement innovation.The association will continue to leverage its role as a bridge between government and business, actively promoting the implementation of the "Guangzhou Global Capital of Customization" title; actively advancing association construction, increasing efforts in event planning and organization, creating signature industry events such as the Intelligent Manufacturing Conference and Industrial Chain Trend Summit, and continuing to practice social public welfare activities, striving tirelessly to live up to the trust of every member and the expectations of society!
, following this,President Lin Tao took the stage to deliver a speech and report. He mentioned that he should speak up for small and medium-sized enterprises, provide excellent service for member units, and contribute his modest share to the development of Guangdong's custom home industry.There is also a responsibility to advocate an organizational culture of integrity, wisdom, positive mindset, right action, and positive energy, enhancing the association's cohesion and unity.
Subsequently, Zhou Weiming, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Guangdong Custom Home Industry Association and Chairman of Novogate, presented the 2022-2023 Supervisory Board Report and Financial Status, stating that the Supervisory Board would continue to uphold the work guideline of "comprehensive attention, key supervision",diligently fulfilling supervisory duties. Strictly implementing the provisions of the association's constitution, fully exerting the supervisory function. In terms of finance, strictly implementing relevant national fiscal regulations, financial systems for social organizations, and the association's constitution, safeguarding the healthy development of the association.
Following this, Zeng Xiangwei, Party Branch Secretary of the Guangdong Custom Home Industry Association and General Manager of the Milanna Business Unit, delivered the Party Branch Work Report. The branch will unite all party members and cadres,accurately grasping and proactively responding to new situations and tasks in business work, further strengthening awareness of rules, opportunities, and responsibilities, continuously innovating thinking, improving capabilities, and opening up new paths,striving to achieve new breakthroughs in both party building and business work.
Finally, Secretary-General Zeng Yong presented the annual specific work report for the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association & Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association. He noted that the association actively advances information technology construction and optimizes/integrates upstream and downstream supply chain development.In 2022 and 2023, the association organized the 12th and 13th Guangzhou Custom Home Exhibitions and hosted various activities totaling 35 events, actively empowering its members.

Birth of the New Leadership Team
This Member Assembly also serves as the election and re-election conference for the 3rd term of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association and the 4th term of the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association. The election at this meeting will adopt a secret ballot method to elect the new President, Chairman of Supervisors, Supervisory Units, and Council Members from the candidate list.According to Article 22, Chapter 4 of the Articles of Association of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association and the Guangdong Wardrobe Industry Association, this election requires approval by more than half of the attending members to take effect.

After 286 attending member representatives cast secretvotes, Li Jiacoong, General Manager of Shangpin Home, was elected President of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association with 273 votes, and Zhang Jian, Chairman of Badesen, was elected President of GuangdongWardrobe Industry Association President,Lai Yongjing, Vice President and Marketing General Manager of Canoya Custom Home Furnishing, was elected as Chairman of Supervisors of the Guangdong Custom Home Furnishing Association/Guangdong WardrobeIndustry Association Chairman of Supervisors, Guangdong Canoya Home Co., Ltd., Boloni Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Topstrong Jichuang Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. were elected as the Association's Supervisory Units with 274 votes, and the 32 Council Units were approved with 279 votes.
Thus,the new leadership team of our association has been formed through the election. We hope that under the leadership of the new team, the association can orderly promote healthy competition and collaborative innovation within the industry, guide the industry towards a better future, and thereby achieve higher-quality development!

Following the election, the two newly appointed presidents took turns to speak on stage, outlining new deployments and plans for the association's future work, setting the tone for the overall direction of the association's future development.
