**各成员单位：**
美的集团成立于1968年，一家集消费电器、暖通空调、机器人与自动化系统、智能供应链（物流）四大板块业务为一体的科技集团，现总部位于广东顺德北滘新城内。经历改革开放40年浪潮的洗礼，美的积极推动数字2.0和工业互联网战略，通过智能制造及数字化转型，实现软件、数据驱动的全价值链运营，是世界级智能制造标杆企业。
本次活动由广东省定制家居协会与广东衣柜行业协会联合举办，上午组织企业参观美的现代化智能制造工厂和展厅，下午邀请到美的集团专家作主题分析，并和部分定制家居企业专家共同探讨企业智能制造转型之路，相互交流，产生跨界思维碰撞。本次活动是定制家居行业学习家电巨头智能制造生产管理的宝贵机会。在此诚邀请各成员单位参与。具体事宜通知如下：
**一、活动时间：**2018年10月24日 8:30-16:30
**二、活动形式：**参观交流+主题分享+论坛
**三、活动地点：**佛山市顺德区金茂华美达广场酒店、佛山市顺德区北滘镇美的总部大楼
**四、活动流程**
8:30-9:00 在酒店签到
9:00-9:45 第一批乘坐协会大巴前往美的参观
9:45-10:45 第二批乘坐协会大巴前往美的参观
10:45-11:30 第三批乘坐协会大巴前往美的参观
11:30-13:30 中午用餐休息
13:30-14:30 主题分享—美的集团国内市场运营中心总经理王新亮
14:30-15:00 定制家居企业主题演讲
15:00-16:30 “后台决胜前端3”跨界论坛
**五、活动说明**
**（一）会员单位限2人报名，理事单位限4人报名，报名需缴纳100元/人午餐费，非会员单位报名须经过秘书处审核通过。**请于10月19号前将确定参会人员名单回传（附件1）至协会邮箱（2691383329@qq.com）。报名后请将款项汇到以下账户，汇入费用后将汇款水单发到邮箱。（转款注明企业+餐费）

（二）请各会员于上午9点前准时在酒店集合，签到领取参观证，统一在酒店集合乘坐大巴到美的公司（**必须持参观证统一乘坐大巴前往参观，一人一证，酒店可提供停车位，美的公司当天不接受独自前往参观**），如有特殊情况须提前报于活动联系人：

**六、注意事项**
**本次活动参观工厂车间环节严禁拍照，如违反规定，将取消参观资格，并记录在案，以后同类型的参观工厂活动将不接受报名！**
