关于组织参观索菲亚黄冈“未来工厂”暨2019年定制家居智能制造大会的通知
各成员单位：
当前，智能化技术正深刻改变着制造业的生产模式和产业形态，索菲亚在过去十多年保持高速增长，在行业内率先解决了个性化定制需求和规模化生产之间的矛盾。索菲亚首个4.0车间位于湖北黄冈分厂，占地面积33.3万平方米，集制造、展示、培训为一体，是索菲亚旗下最大的制造中心。原料板件从智能立体原料仓出发，经过开料、封边、打孔、分拣、打包等工序，全部由机械臂、智能物流系统等自动完成，全程不落地、不经人手。湖北黄冈4.0车间拥有自主知识产权、符合工业4.0标准，是索菲亚探索“新变革、新技术、新标准、新智造、新物流”之地。
本次活动由广东省定制家居协会&广东衣柜行业协会主办，将组织会员企业参观索菲亚黄冈4.0车间、圣饰黄冈工厂，并召开2019年定制家居智能制造大会，届时将邀请索菲亚作4.0车间主题分享，并和定制家居企业专家共同探讨企业智能制造转型之路，相互交流，产生思维碰撞。本次活动是定制家居企业学习工业4.0 智能制造生产模式的宝贵机会。在此诚邀请各成员单位参与。具体事宜通知如下：
一、组织机构
主办单位：广东省定制家居协会、广东衣柜行业协会
协办单位：索菲亚家居股份有限公司、黄冈圣饰装饰材料有限公司
承办单位：广州博骏家居科技有限公司
支持单位：黄冈市招商服务中心、黄冈高新区管委会、招商银行黄冈分行

四、活动流程：
（一）8月15日14:00至晚上 在酒店签到、办理入住
（二）8月16日上午 参观索菲亚黄冈4.0工厂及展厅、圣饰工厂
第一批
8:50从酒店乘坐大巴出发（过时不候）
9:10-10:10 参观索菲亚黄冈4.0工厂及展厅、圣饰工厂
第二批

五、活动说明
（一）会员单位限2人报名，理事单位限4人报名，报名需缴纳500元/人报名费，非会员单位报名须经过秘书处审核通过。
（二）交通与住宿
1、交通：会场距黄冈高铁站10公里，20分钟车程，烦请自行前往会议酒店。
2、住宿：住宿享会议协议价，费用自理（大会酒店房间有限，请提早向协会秘书处预订，先报先得，订满后将自动分流至附近酒店）：

六、注意事项
本次活动参观工厂车间环节严禁拍照，如违反规定，将取消参观资格，并记录在案，以后同类型的参观工厂活动将不接受报名！
