**关于召开2020年定制家居智能制造大会**

**暨组织参观索菲亚成都崇州“未来工厂”的通知**

  

**各成员单位：**

当前，智能化技术正深刻改变着制造业的生产模式和产业形态，智能制造已成大势所趋。为推动行业智能化发展，协会将于12月13-14日举办2020年定制家居智能制造大会暨组织参观索菲亚成都崇州“未来工厂”活动，届时将邀请索菲亚作4.0车间主题分享，与优秀定制家居企业专家共同探讨企业智能制造转型之路，相互交流，产生思维碰撞；并组织会员企业参观索菲亚成都崇州工业4.0智能制造工厂、掌上明珠工厂、全友工厂，深入了解家居行业最先进的工业4.0智能制造生产线以及探索高端智能定制家居生产基地。本次活动是定制家居企业学习工业4.0智能制造生产模式的宝贵机会，在此诚邀各成员单位参与。具体事宜通知如下：

  

**一、组织机构**

**主办单位：**广东省定制家居协会、广东衣柜行业协会、成都市智能家居商会

## **协办单位：**索菲亚家居股份有限公司、索菲亚家居(成都)有限公司、明珠家具股份有限公司、全友家私有限公司

**承办单位：**广州博骏家居科技有限公司

**支持单位：**崇州市政府

  

**二、活动形式**

主题分享+论坛+参观索菲亚成都崇州工业4.0智能制造工厂、掌上明珠工厂、全友工厂

  

**三、活动地点**

成都首座万豪酒店

（详细地址：成都市高新区天府大道北段999号）

  

**四、活动流程：**

**12****月13日** 

09:00-12:30  办理入住

12:30-14:00  签到

14:00-14:10  崇州市政府代表致辞

14:10-14:15  广东省定制家居协会会长张挺致辞

14:15-14:35  崇州市政府代表介绍崇州家具行业发展或招商推荐

14:35-14:50  索菲亚代表演讲（成都工厂特点或新技术）

14:50-17:00  嘉宾主题演讲

17:00-17:30  定制家居智能制造论坛

18:00-20:00  冠名商晚宴

**12****月14日**  

8:30-12:00   参观工厂

  

**五、活动说明**

（一）会员单位限2人报名，理事单位限4人报名，报名需缴纳480元/人，非会员780/人。非会员单位报名须经过秘书处审核通过。

  

（二）交通与住宿

1、交通：会场距离成都双流机场大概20分钟车程，距离成都东站大概30分钟车程，距离成都南站大概30分钟。本次活动在广东省外举办，交通需自理。

2、住宿：住宿享会议协议价，费用自理（大会酒店房间有限，请提早向协会秘书处预订，先报先得）。

**酒店参考价格：成都首座万豪酒店（大会所在地）**

（三） 12月14日上午统一在酒店集合乘坐大巴到索菲亚成都崇州工业4.0智能制造工厂、掌上明珠工厂、全友工厂进行参观**（必须持参观证统一乘坐大巴前往参观，一人一证，索菲亚成都崇州工业4.0智能制造工厂、掌上明珠工厂、全友工厂当天不接受独自前往参观）**，如有特殊情况须提前报于活动联系人：

（四）请于12月8日前将确定参会人员名单回传（附件1）至协会邮箱（17665123901@qq.com）。报名后请将报名费汇到以下账户，汇入费用后将汇款水单发到邮箱。（转款请注明“企业名+报名费”）

**六、注意事项**

本次活动参观工厂车间环节严禁拍照，如违反规定，将取消参观资格，并记录在案，以后同类型的参观工厂活动将不接受报名！
